Markham Campaigns: Creative Direction & Brand Evolution
Andrea led the creative direction for Markham’s fashion campaigns, shaping trend-forward concepts that remained grounded in the brand’s core identity. She consistently balanced emerging trends with distinctive brand elements, while delivering a high volume of marketing assets under tight timelines with a lean team. Reporting directly to senior management, Andrea maintained oversight of the overall brand direction, ensuring consistency and impact across all campaign outputs.
Fall Menswear: Elevated for Autumn
Markham is the largest standalone men’s fashion retailer in Southern Africa, focused on young African men, and operates under TFG—one of the region’s most established retail groups.
During her time in-house at TFG, Andrea built strong, hands-on retail experience while leading a four-person studio. She worked cross-functionally with marketing, visual merchandising, and finance teams, delivering end-to-end campaign collateral—from initial concept and shoot direction through to final production, distribution, and marketing rollout.
